By using the Deft VPN application and using the services provided by XPN (company), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Usage Policy and Prohibited Activities:

To ensure the protection of its services from misuse, harm to anyone, the Company identifies and undertakes some rules that are directed to all users without exception and regardless of the type of subscription.

You accept the terms and agree not to do the following:

• Sharing and uploading content that is prohibited by law;
• Speak offensively, harm, defame, slander, discriminate based on gender, religion, sexual inclination, race, age, ethnicity, nation, and disability;
• Distribution of promotional messages (Spam) through the application, e-mail or other means of communication;
• Attempt to connect to computing devices without proper authorization (hacking attempt);
• Violation of our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• Self-organization of illegal activities or helping other people to carry out illegal activities by providing instructions

Limited Warranties and Liability:

The Company does not ensure the reliability of the system. The Service is offered as is and you agree not to hold the Company liable or claim any damages that may result from loss of use, data or profits associated with the operation of the System.

The Firm is not responsible for the content, services that you access or buy while working in the System. The company tries to offer a service that is available at any time, but there are interfering factors such as coverage, speed, server location, and the quality of VPN services that can vary. The Organization is not responsible for data, messages accidentally deleted, not delivered or redirected incorrectly due to network outages or performance problems of the System. We may impose application usage restrictions, suspend service, or block certain uses at our sole discretion.

The Organization has the right to make changes or updates to the System without the knowledge of users. It may also suspend operations and services without prior notice.

Subscriptions:

By subscribing to the desired service, you automatically agree to the selected period.

The Company does not track information on your subscriptions and their terms and, accordingly, cannot take any action.

Changes to the Terms of Service:

Within the limits of the law, the Company has the full right to revise and change the existing rules at any time without the knowledge of users. For your part, you must obey the existing rules and abide by them. Also, if you change them, you will automatically agree to them. The company also reserves the right to change or remove VPN server features and update system software.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide limited technical support and updates for the Application. You, as the person using the Service, must agree to the updates. The Company is under no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Services under this Agreement.
