Payment:

All payments are processed through Apple's internal system and through the in-app subscription mechanism. Using this system we do not receive or store user data about credit and debit cards used.

Right to access, rectify, delete, portability and company response to complaints:

All settings used in the application are stored only on the user's device, we do not have access to them and do not have the technical ability to transfer this data to third parties.

If your rights are violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The company does not use personal data:

Downloading our application, you will not receive newsletters and promotional messages from us in your email.

All information that you send to technical support is for analytical purposes only (for example, to obtain summary statistics on the number of complaints), and they do not overlap with your personal information.

Third party networks:

Using routing, Deft VPN helps you visit the sites you need, however, your network traffic may pass through third-party networks that we have no control over. This will help a third party to view and extract your IP address or the data you use in the Deft app. But third parties will not be able to see your personal data, which remains classified.
